## FAQ

**Are end users counted as seats?**
Seats only count teammates inside your dashboard. The people leaving feedback on your product are always unlimited and free.

**What does BYOK mean and is it really free?**
Bring Your Own Key — use your own API key and gateway URL. Available on every plan, including Free.

**Can I change plans or cancel anytime?**
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid term, so you keep access for the time you already paid for.

**How does annual billing work?**
Annual plans save 20%. Extra seats are $60/year and are prorated from the date a teammate accepts their invitation.

**Is feedback limited on any plan?**
No. Feedback submissions and projects are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Plans differ on seats, features, and history retention — never on how much your users can tell you.
